Seeds a learnings/ folder in agent-workflows — a running log of operational lessons from building/running the agent automation (distinct from the design docs in valssi/docs and this repo's architecture README).

  • learnings/README.md — what the folder is for + the one-lesson-per-file entry format.
  • learnings/pushing-files-via-forgejo-api.md — first entry: base64-encode files straight from disk (base64 -w0) when pushing via the Forgejo contents API / MCP; never hand-transcribe a base64 blob (a homoglyph caused a 422 illegal base64 data on a 15 KB push). Prefer direct curl with the runner's FORGEJO_TOKEN, or a subagent that encodes from disk.
