Delete branch "fix/caller-event-name"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Why
The canonical caller lives here in the template so every repo created from it already ships a working
.forgejo/workflows/agent.yaml— one source of truth, no per-repo syncing. This updates it to forward the trigger:
with: { event_name: ${{ github.event_name }} }. Forgejo setsgithub.event_nametoworkflow_callinside a called reusable workflow (unlike GitHub), so the dispatcher can't otherwise tell a schedule tick from a label event. Found in the first end-to-end test (seevalssi/docs→plans/agent-orchestration-test-findings.md).Depends on
valssi-public/agent-workflowsPR #14 — it adds the matchingworkflow_callinputevent_name(plus the other Forgejo event-semantics fixes). Passingwith: event_namebefore that input exists would error, so merge PR #14 first, then this.Note
The companion PR #14 originally carried a
caller-agent.yamlcopy; that has been removed there so this template file is the single source of truth for the caller.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
